Berns Salonger, gently just called Berns by the Stockholmern, is a magnificent place consisting of hotel, restaurant and club. Its roots reaches back to the 19th Century.
Since 2020, chef Sayan Isaksson hosts the restaurant Isaan’ under the chandeliers of the elegant lounge. The premium restaurant is influenced by Thailand’s region of the same name.
Regarding the interior, Stockholm’s Titt Studio respected the past of the building dated 1863. Most of the furniture is custom made and produced in Sweden’s carpentry Sätra Snickeri.
Brunch at the Isaan’ is considered one of the best in the city. That is certainly due to the opulent setting but also to the meals that remind of Bangkok’s street food. Saturday/Sunday, 11.30 am –4 pm.
