Formerly Zink Grill, since 2019 in a new look: the Gastrotek Zink. The inspiration for the current interior comes from the craftsmen of old times, bakers and butchers, from whose the manufacturing process and the products can be seen clearly by all guests.
Hence, the architectural studio Tengbom concentrated not only on the design of the cozy and slightly rustic furniture of wood and leather but also stated some of the chef’s ingredients in the room.
Preserving jars and dried legumes stand in specially made shelves, bell peppers, garlic and corn hang from the wallsIn – and radiate a feeling of truthfulness and loving care.
Grilled dishes are still the focus: The menu was expanded by inspirations from the Basque country, the Provence as well as the coast of San Francisco.
