A Danish brasserie? On the Champs-Élysées? Can that work out? Yes, it can!  “Flora Danica” – Christian Oeder’s collection about Danish flora – was both naming patron and inspiration for the design.

Meals like “Smørrebrød saumon fumé” unite the Danish and French cuisine. The Italian-Danish designer duo GamFratesi is used to the play with different cultures. Stine Gam is from Denmark and Enrico Fratesi is from the Italian city Pesaro.

Besides floral elements, GamFratesi introduced other European players for the friendly and light interior: among others, the lounge chair and the “Targa” sofa by Austrian manufacturer Gebrüder Thonet Vienna.
