The Onyx is run by an exciting creative community that is about more than just putting great food on the table. The goal is to develop progressive Hungarian cuisine based on the principles of art, science and gastronomy and using regional ingredients.
Guests are invited to look behind the scenes and participate in the creative processes. This innovative place also includes a gastronomic library and a ceramics workshop.
In 2018, Onyx became the first restaurant in Hungary and Central Eastern Europe to be awarded two Michelin stars
