The Nor/ma Grand offers typical Scandinavian vibes and flavors. But the location is also great: the combination of breakfast bar and bakery is located on the boulevard of Buda at the entrance to a new recreational park.
It impresses not only with the care with which cakes, cinnamon buns, waffles and unusual coffee creations are produced here and biodynamically grown natural wines are curated, but also with the design: Huge glass surfaces, minimalist design elements and cozy lighting create an atmosphere characterized by generosity. Plants and transparent “walls” make the building almost merge with nature.
Restaurant guests can look over the chefs’ shoulders and gain an insight into the preparation of various Scandinavian specialties.
