In the building that once housed the Budapest Telephone Center, the hospitality project Emerald Residence & Suites was realized, which now forms a strong architectural unit with the St. Anna Church. The elegant hotel awaits its guests with 99 rooms and 51 junior suites, for which the interior design team of este’r partners came up with a strong color scheme.
It opted for the color emerald, which, in combination with geometric surfaces and materials, makes for high-class associations. After all, emerald green velvet meets the color champagne here, combined by various metals and shiny polished marble rich in veins, with the use of precious walnut wood adding additional mirror-like accents.
Added to this is an exciting, functional spatial design: the recessed island of the lobby, the staggered levels in the restaurant and the connection to the adjacent garden provide further dynamism here.
este’r partners also designed the interiors of the popular restaurants Bárkert Bistro, La Fabbrica, Minute Lounge&Bar and the reconstruction of the Budapest Civic Casino.
