The Izakaya Onii-San by Arthur Cohen, Olivier Léone and Issac Romero is located in the heart of the Marais. As in its Japanese role-models, guests enjoy many small dishes together here and enjoy Sake along with them – for Julien Sebban by Uchronia an equivalent to the French bistro.

For his interior design, he hence was inspired by the Wabi-Sabi concept, the art to combine the imperfect with the harmonizing on second sight.

This is shown especially on the unfinished wall design in the entrance that attracts the view to the colorful mosaic tiles on the floors and the mix and match of the Tokyo kitsch (Japanese masks! Astro Boy figures!) inspired decoration.

Everything is calmed by the clear lines of the furniture, rice paper separation walls and the dimmed light.

Those wanting more of Uchronia should walk to the Paris Museum of Modern Art and dine in the diniert Forest restaurant.
