Founded seven years ago by brothers Ollie and Ed Templeton, Carousel moved to Georgian townhouses in Fitzrovia. What’s special about this culinary concept is that 250 chefs from more than 50 different cities and 30 countries ensure maximum variety here.
True to much of the original restaurant’s décor, Rise Design Studio reused it in the new space, such as the tall metal-clad entrance door, a copper-colored light window, and a set of Spanish wall tiles.
