An oasis for working nomads: Architects Grzywinski+Pons gave this hospitality address an aesthetically exciting cladding based on nickel-plated metal panels combined with water-struck bricks in warm gray tones.
The upper end of the building follows the same proportions as the base area and was finished with glass blocks – allowing the rooms and suites to be flooded with pleasantly diffused light.
The interior design is similarly cautious: the use of natural materials and soft colors provides Scandinavian subtlety, while the concrete surfaces of the walls and supporting columns create an aura of industrial elegance in the lobby – typical of the playful atmosphere that characterizes Locke Group houses.
Blush tones, sage, wood, jute, creamy natural stone and velvety neutrals contribute to the studios’ plush serenity
