On over 750 square meters in a former metal factory, the Brus brewery features a bar and restaurant as well as a shop.
The owners designed the interior themselves. The dominant material is oak: For the custom made tables and seats three complete oak trees were used.
To create an open area, there are barely any walls. Only the restrooms and storage spaces are closed up. The former character of the building is documented by the brick walls.
The chairs “Søborg Stol” and “J39” by Danish designer and architect Børge Mogensen are also made of oak
