The management of the Adam/Albin want nothing to do with a common restaurant concept. Instead, they wanted a concept that radiates an authentic kitchen feeling and lets guests participate in the creative cooking process – whereby intimate and relaxed areas heighten the enjoyment further.
The interior designers implemented just that. The noice from the kitchen enter the dining rooms, where solid materials reflect the professional look of the kitchen. The result: a special atmosphere full of contrasts that comes across familiar and global as well as relaxed and concentrated.
Adam/Albin was awarded theWhite-Guide-Price “Gulddraken” in the category “Luxury Restaurant & Shooting Star of the Year”.
