The two owners Vitali Müller and Tim Hansen refuse to befriend the thought of eating everything any time. From that resulted the concept of offering a new menu with seasonal ingredients every month. The gourmet creations by chef Kamel Haddad and his team reflect the seasons – with taste, texture and colors. The decision to follow nature’s rhythm and buy ingredients sustainably is also expressed in the interior. A floor made of recycled fishing nets was chosen. Dark shades dominate the room. The lighting concept make for a cozy atmosphere that stages the plates.
