Since October 2021, visitors of the re-built Berlin Castle can enjoy not only the splendid dome on the roof, but also dine excellently. The high up restaurant that, matching the castle, is named after nature researcher and pioneer Jeanne Baret, stands for modern, unpretentious dining – a fine and imaginative cuisine that is about enjoyable surprises rather than culinary extravagance.

The interior also presents itself unexcitedly zeitgeist-like and creates a casual frame for a relaxed evening. Strong light and dark contrasts and premium materials such as vulcanic natural stone, fine mineral plastery as well as glass, cork and wood are an expression of a puristic, clear design that, combined with the open floor plan and the wide view over the city, ensures a pleasant urban atmosphere.
