The top restaurant Yi by star chef Jereme Leung is located on the third floor of the restored Raffles Hotel Singapur. The entree is already impressive. Aedas Interiors and Toronto’s Studio Moss & Lam created a sculptural installation of flower elements that interprets Chinese mythology in the shape of a garden here. The concept earth dominates in the main dining room – and focuses on a refined palette of natural materials such as marble and wood.
