“There are things that are good for us and that enrich our lives with a ‘wow'”, says owner Christian Halper and approaches mankind and nature with an eye-leveled concept. The unmistakable aromas and premium nutrients are treated gently and sustainably.

This way, premium vegetarian creations off the mainstream arise – and take guests onto an exciting joy ride.

Part of the four to eight course meals in the evening are dishes with, among others, white polenta, tomatoes, roasted onions and wild garlic or mozzarella, sumac, basil and watermelon.
