The term “Textúra”expresses the overarching theme of this restaurant. The play with textures and consistence, with spontaneity, flexibility and experimental eagerness also includes the dishes prepared by chef Ákos Sárközi.
He combines local products and traditional cooking methods with techniques and ingredients from international cuisine. Exciting textures also mark the interior design. Natural patterns appear in macro and micro structures – on the seats, the tiles and the walls.
The main attraction though is the wooden sculpture designed by architect Anett Ficzere and that was realized by Hello Wood.
