The restorer Jason Jones and interior designer Brahman Perera developed the historic Stamford Park Homestead in Rowville, Victoria.
The estate and the surrounding six acres area, a grand example for 19th Century architecture, were empty since 1987.
The Stamford Park plays with the tradition of former Australian farmsteads that suggest European origins and displays a high level of sensibility for design.
The menu was developed by chef Nicholas Boyle and is based on creations from Knox local products and wines from the close by Eldorado Yarra Valley
