The Santini Bar & Grill in the Hotel QT Perth refers to the sunny side of life and delights with classic Italian cuisine that is joined by a touch of Western Australian culinary art.
The open kitchen shows smoky charcoal and handmade pasta hung up to dry, while the dining room shows clear Mediterranean touches with its terracotta and turquoise shades.
The menu was curated by Creative Food Director Rob Marchetti and Executive Chef Charlie Vargas and is based on the careful selection and preparation of fresh seasonal products.
