Sometimes Jord, Roy and Birk, the three guys who came up with the Rotonde, stand in the meadow and do their own picking: Their cuisine is radically regional, only what grows in the area is put on the table, and meat like fish not at all.
What they prepare, much of it on the grill, tastes fantastic. Carrot with citrus fruits and Chinese chives, for example, or broccoli with walnut and marjoram.
They did the design themselves, using their favorite restaurants in Europe as inspiration. The chairs, for example, come from a parliament building, the lamps from a university.
