The Ruby Group opened its first hotel in the Netherlands in May 2022: The new addition, with 288 rooms and a bar open 24/7, is called Emma and is an existing hotel – it is the group’s first re-branding project.
As part of this, the public rooms have been given a complete re-design: comfortable beds, playful details such as Marshall amplifiers, in line with the hotel chain’s “Lean Luxury” philosophy, dispensing with superfluous frills.
Of note: In 2018, the hotel building became the first in Europe to be LEED Platinum certified, featuring sustainable construction and energy efficiency systems.
Ruby Emma is located in the up-and-coming Amstelkwartier, not far from the trendy De Pijp district
