In culinary terms, the Cologne restaurant is based on its French model, the Maison Prunier, which opened in Paris in 1927 – it stands for French-inspired “bistronomy”.

Guests can choose from a classic menu with, for example, steak tartare and caviar toast; the house specialty is Balik salmon, and there are also changing daily menus.

The head chef is Enrico Hirschfeld, while Ronja Morgenstern acts as sommelière and hostess. The sophisticated, straight-lined interior in a modern interpretation of Art Deco style is designed for an exuberant evening with comfortable armchairs.

For those who want to prolong or share the pleasure after a pleasant visit, the Prunier Boutique offers culinary souvenirs (e.g. caviar, stocks and the house champagne) and high-end silver accessories
