Restaurant
Madrid

The first restaurant of the internationally active Nomo Group in Madrid focuses on a familiar culinary concept: the fusion of Japanese gastronomy with regional input – in this case, the Mediterranean cuisine. The interior’s focus on sensual textures and colors round off the sensorial experience.

Sand areas in the style of zen gardens, perfectly orchestrated spot lights but also the use of warm colors and terracotta as a homage to the Mediterranean Sea are the expression of this philosophy. An organic layout that creates different dining areas matches that.

The 240 square meter large restaurant offers space for 80 guests on two levels. The top floor also features a bar for 13 people.

Nomo fans can find further restaurant in Barcelona and on the Costa Brava.
