AB Concept was inspired by Michelin-starred chef Paulo Airaudo’s many tattoos and the fusion of art and Italian cuisine: Patterns play a key role everywhere, artistic elements adorn the carpets, walls and ceilings, and pop art motifs find their way into the dining rooms.
“Italian Silhouette”, the main dining room inspired by traditional Italian motifs, features a rich material and color palette of deep blue, bronze, dark wood, leather, fluted glass and silver travertine. Guests will find comfort in the curved bench seating overlooking the open kitchen with Japanese tiles and bamboo screens.
The eye-catching wine cellar is a tribute to Airaudo’s Italian-Argentine heritage
