The design celebrates the main ingredient of Mora’s menu: Tofu. The soft white curd made from curdled soy milk inspired the textures, colors and atmosphere of the restaurant.
The cream-colored linen wallpaper wraps the room like a protective cocoon, reminiscent of the cloth traditionally used to shape blocks of tofu. An imposing travertine dining counter surrounds the open kitchen.
