The Maraca is located in Santo Domingo’s gorgeous historic center and is a must for all visiting the capitol of the Dominican Republic. The restaurant is a place to go not only due to the delicious and very creative cuisine but also to the wonderful ambience.
This starts with the lovely Art-Déco facade and continues in the interior, where an almost ungraspable amount of patterns and colors meet an equally colorful variety of materials, plants and furniture. The highlight of this collection is the portrait of Dominican woman that was composed of mosaic stones of the Italian company Sicis by the local illustrator Willgom. H
