After years of experience in top gastronomy, Vera Voorend and Tommy Janssen turned their dream of owning a restaurant into reality: casual fine dining, sustainable, local cuisine.
Maeve, near Utrecht Cathedral, is located in a “Rijksdenkmal,” a landmarked brick building. During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the original charm.
For the interior, they went in search of unique pieces, such as wall coverings.
The Maeve also has a well-stocked wine cellar
