You can see at first glance what kind of cuisine is on the tables here: tiles in the colors of the sea everywhere. They grow up the walls as a huge wave from the floor, shimmering and shining as if sunbeams were dancing on them. a ceramic sculpture hangs from the ceiling, looking like splashing spray. Somehow, it’s like a performance showcase of what a design studio and tilers are capable of when they’re allowed to execute a spirited vision to give the seafood prepared by chef Sergio Giraldo a proper stage. The floors echo the dividing line between water and sea sand.
And the wooden chairs specially designed for the restaurant are meant to recall the fishing boats that characterized life in this place – this used to be a fishing village.

The trendy Cabanyal-Canyamelar neighborhood was scheduled for demolition by the mid-2010s and was saved by citizen protests
