A piece of southern Italy in the middle of Madrid, the charm of the Amalfi Coast transplanted into a dazzling urban milieu. The design team at Studio Kiki, the Big Mamma Group’s in-house interior design studio, came up with this wacky summer getaway.
Three distinct areas (sea, coast, land) and a central bar with 1,500 bottles of vintage liquor are the key features of this Capri trip. Benches then transport guests to the ocean, with green and pink flowers sprouting on the floors. Another special feature is the mermaids: The ones at the bar are over 2.5 meters tall, 3D-printed and finished with real silver leaf from Florence and sparkling LED lights in their nipples.
Two more wooden mermaids were salvaged from an old Florentine theater set. On the terrace, stone seahorses from the swimming pool of an abandoned Sicilian castle greet you.
