Whether you want a wake-up breakfast or an after-work steak – you will be welcome at Karavaan around the clock. The interior of the hotspot at the Kwakersplein is as diverse as the culinary offer.

The team around Esther Stam partitioned the restaurant into different zones that differentiate from each other in style, colors and material. Studio Modijefsky took nature – that can be discovered with the name-giving caravan – as a source of inspiration.

The separate zones are called meadow, swamp, forest, mountain and desert and all express themselves by a different color scheme. Visually, all areas are connected by a horizontal dark line that leads throughout the entire place.

Those who chose not to sit by the generous panoramic windows of the corner restaurant should chose the dining area behind the bar. Here, parts of forest and desert can be separated from the action by folding doors.
