Igniv

cozy. gourmet. sociable. inviting.
Café Restaurant
St. Moritz

The name “Igniv” stems from the Rhaeto-Romanic language and means ‘nest’. Thanks to the open fire place, the low ceilings and certainly the wonderful interior created by star designer Patricia Urquiola every guest will feel as if placed into a warm nest.

The cozy feeling fits perfectly with the social fine dining and sharing philosophy of Swiss 3-star chef Andreas Caminada. Enjoyable sharing is at the center of it all: multiple plates, bowls and etageres endowed with unique delights are served and invite to joined enjoyment and culinary discussions.

The only issue with Caminada’s concept: some of the dishes, such as the Egg Royal with black truffles or the dill-marinated whitefish  on fennel, are so delicious that you really do not want to share them.
