The Argentinian restaurant is proud of its sustainable concept. The fact that fire is at the center here should not bother anyone. The makers use ecological charcoal, one of the innovative products integrated into the modern circular economy.
Studio Formatafal was commissioned with the interior design. The owners found their combinations of colors, materials and fascinating structures striking.
They certainly were not disappointed. The creatives managed to create a totally unique room that elevates the culinary experience to a new level. The Grand Fierro also features a bar and serves excellent classic but also exotic cocktails.
Tenderloin with Foie gras, Malbec and topinambur on the side-Sauce – that is what an Argentinian classic looks like when it is interpreted newly.
