The well-established restaurant moved to larger premises at a new address in 2021. The Argentine restaurant is proud of its sustainable concept – for example, it uses organic charcoal from its own production – here, too.
The owners remained loyal to the interior design studio Formafatal, a guarantor for individual combinations of color, materials and exciting structures. In this case, too, the architects succeeded in creating a unique space that pleasantly enhances the culinary experience.
The result could well be called a carnivore aesthetic: Beef is the basis for a variety of details on gray, slightly smeared and stained walls. The barbecue charcoal itself also falls into a decorative role.
The cuisine, led by chef Miguel Innella, combines Argentine cooking traditions with Spanish influences
