In the middle of Sofia’s city center, the architecture studio MMXX Architects designed this bar in the currently hip style of the prohibition.
Materials such as exposed concrete, scratched stucco or rare woods were combined playfully. Additional lightness is added by the original industrial windows that flood the interior with light.
The stylish interior and the perfect location are not a bad base for another trump: The restaurant bar inspired by the past also makes the Bulgarian cuisine an experience.
Do you know Banitsa? The traditional Bulgarian pastry, made of beaten eggs and pieces of cheese in the dough, should not be missed.
