Originally opened in 1950 for the Olympic Winter Games 1952 in Oslo, the Clarion Hotel The Hub is Norway’s largest hotel with 810 rooms on 16 floors. In 2019, the public areas were newly designed by interior designer Anemone Wille Våge.

She put her focus on a modern retro variant with pastel colors, golden metals, marble floors and nut wood – combined with a touch of Miami. Sustainability is also important: It is Scandinavia’s first hotel with smart lifts.

The vegetables and herbes served here were grown on the hotel’s 200 square meter roof garden GrowHub
