The Clarion Hotel Oslo arose in Oslo’s youngest district Bjørvika. It has 255 rooms, roomy suites and conference facilities for up to 1,200 people. The interior design by Semrén & Månsson received its inspiration from the colors of Edvard Munch.
This is joined by contemporary Nordic design. Black marble, glass and light installations contrast with light and colorful designs; art plays a major role in the decor.
The result of the collaboration with the neighboring Munch Museum: A never shown painting from Edvard Munch can be admired in the lobby
