The Japanese restaurant and sushi bar Koma is located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands and offers a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Guests step in through a pathway with orange arches that remind of Kyoto’s famous Fushimi Inari-Taisha shrine.

That way, an intimate lounge arises with a comprehensive selection – over 30 types – of Sake are served. The center of the main dining room is similarly spectacular: It is placed above a traditional Japanese pedestrian bridge, where a dramatic 2,5 meter high Japanese bell is hung.

High ceilings, an extra large sushi bar and a private dining room are further highlights of this new gourmet temple. The unique color palette consists of several orange and blue shades and combines dark depth with surfaces in bright oranges and copper.

Seven meter high acoustic panels in sea rose look mute the sound
