The historic Bouillons were Parisian pubs that were very popular in the 19th Century. Characteristic for them: meals that are more affordable than in the bourgeoise restaurants and the Art-nouveau style.

Charlotte Bouillon follows the same principle. This is the third Charlotte restaurant in Warsaw. Besides the two architects Dariusz Gocławski and Maciej Dudkiewicz, co-owner Justyna Kosmala also included her ideas in the design and was strongly inspired by France.

The bistro is located in a former political party house. Its modernistic architectural spirit remains in the French-feeling bistro. The striking red benches and the combination of community and small tables invite to enjoy.

Konrad Żukowski created his wall mural “Two Unicorns” as a reference to the mermaid that Picasso painted on a building during a Poland visit in 1948.
