Eating can be such a wonderful hedonistic experience. And that is what designer Ramón Esteve set his focus on in the Bouet restaurant. His interior combines the feeling of gastronomic ambition with a casual atmosphere. At center of all: eating culture as an attitude.
“We created a place where people can enjoy the surroundings, the sounds and the warm light. It is a place in which you can be happy in the easiest and most traditional manner: sitting at set table”, explains Esteve. Raw brick walls, natural materials like marble and copper and the pronged shapes of Vondom’s “Faz”-series build the frame for the sensorial happiness.
A Spaniard serving Mediterranean as well as Sashimi and Thai meals. Is this possible? Yes! Especially the fish is of fabulous quality.
