The Botanic Sanctuary has a history of 800 years. It was once the site of the Saint-Elisabeth Hospital, which became a monastery from the end of the 16th century and, in the present day, another version of a hideaway.
Today, the Botanic Sanctuary counters the noisy hustle and bustle of the city with a green oasis of retreat. The total of 108 rooms, suites and spa suites are spread across five buildings. The hotel’s amenities also include a Botanic Health Spa and a botanical garden that lives up to its monastery predecessor.
