Blue by Alain Ducasse

Bangkok’s Iconsiam is one of Asia’s largest shopping malls, a place that is both fascinating and enticing. And one that offers some culinary pearls. One of them is the Blue that is run by Alain Ducasse amidst all the hustle and bustle.

In the restaurant, one feels none of that though. The wood paneled entrance already radiates a feeling of calm and seclusion. That is underlined further in the restaurant with its pleated chandeliers, the noble blue walls and the lovely view across the city.
