The Esterre is part of the noble Palace Hotel Tokyo and was developed in collaboration with the French top chef Alain Ducasse. The exciting result of this liaison is a cuisine that newly interprets the unique and natural Japanese flavors.The clou: regional products are prepared with the techniques of French Haute Cuisine.
Matching the meals, the interior also comes across as very natural. The color palette is based on light, earthy tones and – in combination with materials such as paper, fabric and wood – underlines the harmonious character of the surroundings. The high and broad windows let the rooms be light-flooded during the day and allow a stunning view of the city at night and hence contribute to the pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
