Bistro Lupa is quintessential: charming, modest and unpretentious. From the menu and ingredients to the furniture, crockery and work processes in the restaurant, everything is planned and implemented sustainably.
The “J46” chairs used in the restaurant are FSC-certified and carry the Nordic Ecolabel. The luminaires with the perfect balance of geometry, materials and light are handmade by Danish lighting artist Tom Rossau.
The Piñatex cushions are made from pineapple leaf waste fibers and contain no harmful chemicals or animal products.
