Lines and stripes act as central design elements and links between the rooms. All projects by the Maison Malapert design studio are rooted in the dialog and contrast between a raw shell and its refined design.
For example, some of the concrete and pipes were left unplastered. In the rooms, all the controls and technology are housed in the headboards of the beds. This allows the upper sections of the walls to be used as a backdrop for graphic projections of light and shadow.
In accordance with the specifications, two characteristic and complementary color tones were used: An electric blue provides the artificial touch, while the complementary color copper-brown sets its warmth against it.
Precious materials such as copper, marble and velvet were used in the realization of the design
