Volker Seibert loves a cultivated approach to cocktails. The magazine Mixology gave him the award mixologist of the year 2016 and his bar Seiberts German bar of the year for good reasons. At the Parisian Bar Show, they were listed among the ten most influential bars in Europe. And that is their recipe: guests can take a trip to the golden era of drinking culture or discover eccentric unheard of creations while sitting at the dark wood counter. Besides the handpicked champagne and spirits choices, a selection of rare drops and noble classics are available. Seibert and his crew are especially proud of their spirits refined with fresh ingredients and stored in wooden barrels. The atmosphere is proper yet casual.
