Light-flooded, with a privileged location at the Tero River and directly under the National Pantheon: For a high-profile chef like Marlene Vieira this was the perfect place to spoil her guests.

Either at the bar with a cocktail or with Portuguese inspired meals. The restaurant-bar Zunzum was supposed to be sober yet unique. And refreshing on top.

Strong color accents in furniture and small objects assure that. They stretch across aluminum sheets, cover almost all technical areas, remind of faded mirror walls.

In the evenings, everything is different. Then Zunzum’s large red light is turned on – cocktail time.

The striking red light at the entrance is by RPVP Designers, the styling by Peter Odegaard.
