Zoku works upside down, with the social spaces on the top floor and the lofts below, rather than placing the communal facilities on the first floor.
This allows for plenty of natural daylight, landscaped roof gardens and terraces with breathtaking views of the city. The color and material palette is kept modest. The furniture modules for the sleeping, bathing and storage areas are made of multiplex with a smooth, white epoxy coating.
Blue table tops, retro “Revolt” chairs with blue surfaces and custom-made sofas with denim-look upholstery are complemented by shades of red and orange that add warmth to the interior.
In the common areas, white, transparent cabinets are filled with green plants.
You must have seen the seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor areas on the roof
