In the decades before its renovation, Zlata ladjica (stands for “golden ship”) was popular with locals for its large beer selection and beautiful guest garden.
Now transformed into an organic restaurant serving gourmet dinners three nights a week, the restaurant taps into the 350-year-old heritage of this establishment, which also houses a luxury boutique hotel.
Klun’s interior designers drew particular inspiration from the original brick vault. Pleasantly soft lines characterize various pieces of equipment, the colors of the terrazzo floor are reflected in the furniture, and installations have been cleverly banished behind the surrounding wood paneling.
