After the Sharlie Cheen Bar on the Rosenthaler Platz and the Pawn Dot Com Bar in the Torstraße, bar chefs Dustin Render und Marius Döring started a new project at the end of 2022: The Wash Bar in the Brunnenstraße is a cool location with a modern cocktail menu and easy drinking character.

Since the space offers very little back space for a cocktail bar, the makers thought about an unconventional concept. Inspired by the famous Parisian speakeasy bar No Entry, the idea to mix and store cocktail spirits and liquors in large glass wine balloons.

While the atmosphere is consciously rather dim, the interior is cool and modern. Besides an installation with actor David Schütter, pictures by photographer Christopher Schmidt are projected onto the walls. The tables and counter were designed by graffiti artist AkteOne to create a contrast to the cool ambience.
