The restaurant run by gastronomy trio Oskar Melzer, James and David Ardinast was named after an infamous 20s mafia boss and focuses on the contemporary interpretation of traditional recipes. This place not only combines Simmenthal beef tenderloin with ox tail ragout, bacon puree and truffle foam: in the interior green marble on the walls meets pink floors, apple tree veneer and a brass colored ceiling installation. The comfy upholstered chairs and bar stools were designed for the restaurant by e15.
There is lots of art to be seen in the Stanley Diamond – not only on the walls: The natural stone reception counter is the work of Swiss artist Nouria Behloul.
