The so-called Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, delivers the inspiration for the restaurant concept of the restaurant concept within the Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten located on the Western shore of the Binnenalster.
A lot of attention to detail is not only given to the carefully selected and cleverly combined ingredients of the dishes on the menu.
The interior design was composed of noble ingredients such as walnut floor boards, a custom designed rug by Jan Kath, fabrics by JAB Anstoetz and sofas from Bielefeld’s manufacturers.
Japanese inspired art works enrich the interior design.
